Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Follow treatment plan created by BCBA/BCaBa for each assigned participant.
- Implement all targeted program each session
- Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBa about progress and barrier to progress observed
- Collect data during sessions
- Analyze data to determine if additional support is needed or if the participant is
ready to move up to the next level as outlined by BCBA/BCaBa - Conduct regular preference assessment
- Complete all required documentation within the allotted time
- Submit clinical notes within 24 hours of each session
- Assist in completing assessments
- Maintain ongoing training and supervision requirements
- Other related jobs assigned by the office or the supervising BCBA/BCaBa
- High School Diploma
- Some College (preferred but not required)
- MUST be RBT certified or be registered to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
- MUST have completed and received BLA and First Aid Certification within the last six months
- MUST have reliable transportation, active vehicle insurance/safety/registration, and a valid driver’s license
- MUST also have a reliable phone, computer and internet access
- MUST pass a background check
- At least one year’s worth of experience working with children is preferred.
- Ideally, previous experience with ABA, DTT, VB, RFT, PRT, or PECS is also preferred. However, we are willing to train RBTs with the right attitude and focus.
- Also, current access to military installations is a plus, but not required

- Salary: $21.00 to $27.00 /hour
